Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Jack Tracker ("the App"), operated by Jack Tracker ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the App or subscribing to Jack Tracker Pro, you agree to these terms.

1. Free Account

A free account lets you record up to 10 matches, with no credit card required. All features available during the free period remain available to you. Once the 10-match limit is reached, an active Jack Tracker Pro subscription is required to record further matches.

2. Jack Tracker Pro Subscription

• One plan, one price: Jack Tracker Pro is a single annual plan of NZD $23.95 per year, including GST (about $2 per month). There is no monthly plan.
• What's included: unlimited match recording, full stats and performance charts, and social features including friend sharing.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Payment: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Cancelling — You Keep Access Until Your Paid Year Ends

• You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the App. Cancelling takes one click and needs no reason.
• Your subscription stays active until the end of the year you have already paid for. Until that date you keep full Jack Tracker Pro access, including recording new matches, viewing and editing your match history, and using stats and social features.
• No further payments are taken once you cancel. At the end of the paid year your account returns to the free tier; your match history, stats and profile remain yours and are not deleted.
• We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a paid year, except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.

4. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will give you notice before your next renewal, and you may cancel before the change takes effect. Your price will not change during a year you have already paid for.

5. Your Content

Match records, scores, notes, photos and other content you add remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record. Content you choose to share with friends, your club or publicly is visible to those audiences as described in the App.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the App lawfully and do not upload content that is offensive, misleading or infringes another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass the free-match limit, subscription requirements or other security controls.
• Do not impersonate another player or submit match results you know to be false.

7. Availability and Liability

We work to keep the App available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

8. Closing Your Account

You may stop using the App at any time. Cancel your subscription first so no further payments are taken. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you have a question about your subscription, cancellation or these terms, contact us through the App's contact option.
